National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.) was founded in 2012 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Vietnam to support the increasing demands for affordable home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality affordable projects in Vietnam.

The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Vietnamese family culture, while providing higher living standards.

N.H.O was founded with a dream to build high quality, affordable homes in Vietnam. The founding members understood the urgency and the importance of this issue and gathered a dedicated team of talented experts. Despite the economic downturn, tight credit situations and reduced consumer confidence, our passion and determination has not waivered.

Our humble beginning started with a 420 unit development in Da Nang, which was fully sold out and completed ahead of schedule, which earned us credit from authorities, investors and homeowners alike. Seeing the happiness and joy of the homeowners when receiving keys to their new homes, was an amazing and proud moment for everyone at N.H.O. That moment is what motivates us today and continually drives us to build N.H.O to become the best company we can be.
